These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 77jj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 77jj website located at https://77jj.bio and any associated mobile applications or services.

By accessing the 77jj platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the 77jj Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

Providing false documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 77jj platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 77jj account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must keep your registration information up to date at all times. Specifically, you are responsible for:

77jj reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the 77jj platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77jj supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 77jj's discretion with reasonable notice to users.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your 77jj account:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• 77jj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your gaming account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match those used for deposits where applicable, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 30 minutes under standard conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days to reach your account.
• 77jj reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed from accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements until those requirements have been met.

All promotions are governed by these Terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all 77jj bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 77jj reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

All bets placed on the 77jj platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77jj does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and may vary by game, event, market, and account level. These limits are displayed at the point of placing the bet.
• In-play betting markets close at the point designated by 77jj's trading team, which may be before the conclusion of the relevant event. Any bets placed after the designated closing time will be void.
• 77jj reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction. Affected users will be notified and their stakes returned.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not conclude within a specified time, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules.
• Winnings are credited to your 77jj account balance promptly following the settlement of each event. Settlement times may vary depending on the sport and market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77jj platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances including withdrawable funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, impersonating another individual, or otherwise defrauding 77jj or any other user.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses, or any other method that 77jj determines to constitute bonus abuse.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users at live casino tables or in any other game format to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Money laundering: Using the 77jj platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform as a mechanism for layering illicit funds.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical malfunctions to place bets or generate winnings at odds that would not otherwise be available.

All content on the 77jj platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of 77jj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77jj platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the 77jj platform without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use the 77jj brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial purpose.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Habanero remains the intellectual property of the respective suppliers and is subject to their own licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 77jj's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

77jj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77jj will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Where 77jj determines that changes must be made urgently — for example, to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement or to address a security concern — such changes may take effect immediately without prior notice. In such cases, 77jj will notify users as promptly as practicable following the implementation of the change.

Continued use of the 77jj platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your account. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77jj holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 14 below.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 77jj from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate to protect its legitimate interests or the integrity of the platform.

77jj commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
